Liebherr Sponsored UNSW First Year Field Trip to Mine Sites

In July, 33 first year students from the School of Mining Engineering at the University of New South Wales undertook a field trip to mine sites at Lithgow - Baal Bone Colliery, Ulan - Moolarben Coal, Orange - Cadia Valley Operations and Parkes - Northparkes mine. Liebherr recognised this tour is an integral component of the students development and sponsored the excursion.

LIEBHERR 2011 ITTF - Table Tennis Oceania Cup in Adelaide

The LIEBHERR 2011 ITTF-Oceania Cup was played in Adelaide from 20-22 July 2011. This was the first time that Adelaide has ever hosted an international table tennis event, and healthy crowds were in attendance on all three days of competition to watch Oceania’s best athletes fight it out to win a World Cup place.
